First party in London

On Saturday 3rd Dec I got an invitation to my landladie´s leaving party. She going to Australia, Canada etc. for a year. It seems to be very popular with the local young professionals to take a year off after few years in the corporate ladder and just pack their bags and go, preferrably somewhere far and exotic.
